These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) aim to define the rights and obligations of Livresk and its customers regarding the online sale of magazines and charm books on the website venus.livresk.com.

The products offered for sale are magazines and charm books, available and described on the website. Livresk strives to provide accurate and complete product descriptions, but photographs and illustrations are for indicative purposes only.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website venus.livresk.com implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirmation summarizing the order details.

5. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are displayed before the order confirmation.

6. Payment

Orders are paid exclusively by credit card. Online payments are secured via PayPal. The order will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

Livresk offers delivery within mainland France via La Poste or Mondial Relay. Delivery times are 5 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt for France. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method. The risk of delivery is transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times for international orders:

  • Europe: 5 to 7 days
  • USA: 7 to 15 days

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
