Objet<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente (CGV) ont pour objet de d\u00e9finir les droits et obligations de l'entreprise Livresk et de ses clients dans le cadre de la vente en ligne de magazines et de livres de charme sur le site <a href=\"https:\/\/venus.livresk.com\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">venus.livresk.com<\/a>.<\/p><h2><strong>3. Produits<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les produits propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente sont des magazines et des livres de charme, disponibles et d\u00e9crits sur le site. Livresk s'efforce de fournir des descriptions pr\u00e9cises et compl\u00e8tes des produits, mais les photographies et illustrations n'ont qu'une valeur indicative.<\/p><h2><strong>4. Commandes<\/strong><\/h2><p>Toute commande pass\u00e9e sur le site <a href=\"https:\/\/venus.livresk.com\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">venus.livresk.com<\/a> implique l'acceptation sans r\u00e9serve des pr\u00e9sentes CGV. Une fois la commande valid\u00e9e, le client recevra une confirmation par e-mail r\u00e9capitulant les d\u00e9tails de la commande.<\/p><h2><strong>5. Prix<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les prix des produits sont indiqu\u00e9s en euros (\u20ac) et incluent toutes les taxes applicables, sauf mention contraire. La TVA n'est pas per\u00e7ue conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'article 293 B du CGI. Paiement<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le paiement des commandes sont\u00a0 effectu\u00e9s exclusivement par carte bancaire. Les paiements en ligne sont s\u00e9curis\u00e9s via Paypal. La commande ne sera exp\u00e9di\u00e9e qu'apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du paiement.<\/p><h2><strong>7. Livraison<\/strong><\/h2><p>Livresk propose la livraison en France m\u00e9tropolitaine par La Poste ou Mondial Relay. Les d\u00e9lais de livraison sont de 5 jours ouvrables apr\u00e8s validation de la commande et r\u00e9ception du paiement pour la France. Les d\u00e9lais peuvent varier selon le mode de livraison choisi. Les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la livraison sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s au client d\u00e8s la remise du colis au transporteur.<\/p><p>Les d\u00e9lais pour l'\u00e9tranger sont :<\/p><ul><li>Europe : 5 \u00e0 7 jours<\/li><li>USA : 7 \u00e0 15 jours<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>8. Droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/strong><\/h2><p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur, le client dispose d'un d\u00e9lai de 14 jours \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception de la commande pour exercer son droit de r\u00e9tractation sans avoir \u00e0 justifier de motifs ni \u00e0 payer de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s. Les produits doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s dans leur \u00e9tat d'origine, non ouverts, pour pouvoir pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 un remboursement. Les frais de retour sont \u00e0 la charge du client.<\/p><h2><strong>9. Responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2><p>Livresk ne saurait \u00eatre tenue responsable des dommages r\u00e9sultant d'une mauvaise utilisation du produit achet\u00e9. La responsabilit\u00e9 de Livresk ne pourra \u00eatre engag\u00e9e pour des inconv\u00e9nients ou dommages inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l'utilisation du r\u00e9seau Internet, notamment une rupture de service, une intrusion ext\u00e9rieure ou la pr\u00e9sence de virus informatiques.<\/p><h2><strong>10.
